Lectures.

A really different environment from my previous secondary school life, no more crappy small non-air conditioned rooms (except for tutorials which is like my previous maths tuition classroom which is also ironically my maths tutorial lesson), no more cheapass damaged chairs and scratched desks, no more teacher’s ugly handwriting on the whiteboard and so on. Sucks.
The environment during lectures is pretty bad if you ask me, i personally don’t really like it due to the large space with many other classes besides my own attending the lesson. Especially maths lectures, half the people in the lecture isn’t paying attending and doing other stuff such as playing games on their laptops, PSPing away or playing with their handphones.
Then again welcome to Poly Life. With all this distractions around, its pretty hard for me not to shift my focus off to something else instead of the teacher’s teachings. Thus, never sit way back unless you watch 6 different anime shows on various screens. Sitting in front isn’t very good either since the stupid presentation slides are pretty high up unless you want to get some repositioning of your neck so as to watch out for anything falling from the sky above you.
I guess best is to just sit somewhere near the middle which is what i’m currently doing. The seats in the lectures aren’t particularly good either since its pretty cramped and the ‘desk’ is so frigging small i swear they put it there just for decoration.
I guess i still love my secondary school days.
